Your contributions to the Lions Cancer Hospital should be made in favour of “Lions District 324 C1 Cancer Treatment & research Centre, Visakhapatnam” in the form of either Demand Draft or Cheque payable at Visakhapatnam. The donations are exempted under section 80G of IT Act 1961 as per the proceedings of the Commissioner of Income Tax –I Visakhapatnam dated 22.08.2007.
We request you to help us to fight against cancer.
DIFFERENT SCHEMES FOR CONTRIBUTION:
Building Construction
- Rs.1,00,000/- ($ 2,500): Donors will be recognized suitably and one
Room of the Hospital will be named as suggested by the
Donor.
- Rs.10,00,000/- ($ 25,000 ) Donors will be recognized suitably and one Floor of the
Hospital will be named as suggested by the Donor.
Cancer Treatment
- RS.8,000/- : Sponsor one Poor Cancer Patient for External Radiation
- Rs.12,000/- : Sponsor one Poor Cancer Patient for External Radiation
cum Brachytherapy
- Rs.20,000/- : Sponsor one Poor Cancer Patient for Surgery
Aahara Seva Pathakam
- Rs.1,116/- : Food will be provided for one day at free of cost in the
name of the donor to all in-patients and their attendants.
- Rs.12,000/- : Amount will be deposited in a Bank and food will be
provided for one day every year at free of cost in the name
of the Donor to all in-patients and their attendants.
Apart from the above schemes any Donor can contribute without any limit for the development of the Lions Cancer Hospital.
