The Hospital's built-up area is 24,000 sq feet. The hospital has 45 beds. Two Beds are dedicated to Intensive Care (ICU). There are single rooms, sharing rooms and spacious General Wards. The rooms are spacious, bright with natural daylight and an efficient ventilation system. The hospital has large Day Spaces on each floor that permit convalescing patients to sit and relax. A large OPD area provides for six consulting chambers.  The Nursing staff are qualified & trained with leadership skills along with special nursing care.
Diagnostic services The Radiology & Imaging Sciences facility comprises of 300 mA X-ray unit and Ultra-Sonography Advanced clinical laboratory with semi Auto Analyser for Bio Chemistry and ECG Machine also available The Lions Cancer Hospital has a tie up with Vijaya Medical Centre, Visakha Medical Centre, Chaitanya Medical Centre, Queens NRI Hospital, CITI CT Scans of Visakhapatnam. They are providing 50% concession on all diagnostic and laboratory services to the patients referred by Lions Cancer Hospital. This complex is spread over the ground floor with six consultation rooms. There is large waiting area for patients. Reception and Counseling Department The Departments of Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology & Counseling Departments are staffed by large complement of competent doctors. Operation theatre Complex  The Operation theater complex comprises of two state-of-the-art operating rooms in line with international standards for equipment, air-quality and hygiene with sterility.
The environmental standards within is as recommended parameters, dedicated Operating Rooms for surgical Oncology & major procedures Mould Room & Planning room Mould Room and planning room are located in basement for planning the Radiation Treatment for greater accuracy and immobilization of patients during procedure. The Vital organs of the body can be saved from radiation dose during treatment by making customized lead shielding block in the mould room. of Ministry of Health, Government of India, which was imported from Canada in the year 1996, is housed in a special room in the cellar for radiation safety which is approved by Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) MUMBAI. This workhorse unit from Canada got a new 161 Rmm Cobalt source from BRIT Mumbai in 2007 August with the financial assistance of Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) , USA
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Intensive Care unit is Located in the first floor. The facility has spacious cubicles which can be converted into private areas by drawing curtains. Each bed has a high end, up gradable electronic patient monitoring system. There are also high end life support ventilators available and also there is a nurse call arrangement at every bed. Pharmacy In house pharmacy is available for in-patients & out patients and important life saving drugs/ medicines are available round the clock. from Netherlands is used to plan complex Radiation treatment to achieve better dose distributions and sparing normal tissues from untoward radiation effects.
Research center Research wing is located on the fourth floor for day to day research work of the hospital. SRJ Jyothi Trust, USA have identified our Research Center as an advanced center for screening, detection of Cancer and to develop new modalities of treatment in field of Cancer. In addition, a large conference hall is located in this floor for conducting Seminars and CME Programmes. Brachytherapy High Dose Rate (HDR) Brachytherapy:  Micro Selectron Genie

(Nucletron Corporation) is used for Intracavitory, Insterstitial,
Intraluminal and surface mould Brachytherapy Applications.
Low Dose Rate (LDR) Brachytherapy: For uterine cervical and gynecological cancers the BRIT Cesium 137 manual after loading Intracavitary Kit is used with two isolation brachytherapy units in the OT floor.
